We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan intended to finance the outstanding costs to complete a project that materializes in the development of a new building in the Ensanche de Vallecas, Madrid. It is a residential project of 46 multifamily homes (from 1 to 3 bedrooms) with garage and storage room in a private urbanization with green areas, community pool, gym and children's area, as well as energy rating A. The work is 57% completed, which is currently in progress.

The asset is located in the most consolidated area of Ensanche de Vallecas, in the part located within the M-45 highway. Ensanche de Vallecas is a new neighborhood in Madrid, which began to house its first neighbors in 2006 and currently has a registered population of 54,000 inhabitants, it is located 10km from the city center and has immediate access to the A-3, M-45 and M-50 highways, as well as a metro line and buses that connect this neighborhood with the rest of Madrid's neighborhoods. Ensanche de Vallecas has all kinds of social, medical, commercial and leisure systems, such as La Gavia park, designed by the Japanese architect Toyō Itō or La Gavia shopping center, with more than 90,000m² dedicated to shops. This neighborhood has not stopped growing since its beginnings and is a strategic point for real estate development given its great possibilities and proximity to the center of Madrid.
