We present a new project that consists of granting a loan for the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 89 homes of Officially Protected Housing (VPO) of 3 bedrooms in Arcosur (Zaragoza). All homes will have a garage and storage room. The promotion will also include a community pool, landscaped common areas, and 24 additional garage spaces for sale. 

The promotion is located on the street Avenida Patio de los Naranjos (sector 89/3, land C-13). It is one of the main arteries of Arcosur, the main expansion neighborhood of Zaragoza, which has more than 3,000 homes built during the last decade and currently concentrates more than 80% of the new construction license applications in the city. It is a sector in the development and consolidation phase, located 5 minutes from the Plaza Imperial shopping center.

Arcosur is a neighborhood in the expansion phase located west of the city of Zaragoza, with a population close to 5,000 inhabitants and located just 10 minutes by car from the city center and Zaragoza airport.
