We present a new project: Supermarket Getafe. It consists of the acquisition of a commercial premises rented to the Dia supermarket chain. The project is located in Getafe (Madrid), more specifically in the El Bercial neighborhood. The premises is composed of three registered properties on the ground floor of a building and has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 407 m² at street level.

Getafe, a city located south of the Community of Madrid, is one of the most important industrial hubs in the region, where prominent multinational companies such as Airbus or John Deere are located. In addition, it houses one of the most prestigious educational centers in the country: Carlos III University. With a population close to 185,000 inhabitants, Getafe is one of the largest cities in the Community of Madrid. The city communicates with the rest of the municipalities of Madrid through several highways (A-4 and A-42) and the Metro and Cercanías network.

The premises, located in the commercial area of El Bercial, is located in the center of the neighborhood, specifically at Avenida de Portugal, 7. It is a very consolidated residential neighborhood that has all kinds of services and leisure options.
