We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 60 homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms in La Cistérniga (Valladolid). All homes include a parking space and storage room. The development will have green areas and a community pool. The homes, with an average area of 84 m2, have an average price around 170,000€. The project also includes 25 parking spaces not linked to the homes.

The project is located on Espiga Street, 700 meters from the municipal football field and 3km from Cerro de San Cristobal.
