We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 20 homes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms in the center of Valladolid. All homes include a parking space and storage room. The homes, with an average area of 118 m2 built, have an average sale price of around €445,000.


The promotion is located in the center of Valladolid, on San Martín Street, 6-10. It is a consolidated residential area that has all kinds of services and leisure options. The project is located in the historic case of the city, less than ten minutes walk from the Town Hall.
