We present a new project that consists of granting a loan for the development of a storage room promotion in Madrid. The project is located at San Mariano Street 88, 28022 Madrid (Canillejas area) where 60 storage rooms will be developed. The project will be developed in a premises of an already existing building.
The Promotion is just 14 minutes walk from the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium (1.2km), where you have access to the Estadio Metropolitano metro station. In addition, the University of Navarra Clinic is 7 minutes away. The location is easily accessible both by the M-40 (3 minutes) and the A-2 (5 minutes).
