We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan to finance part of the completion of the development of a luxury home in La Moraleja, Madrid and the cancellation of existing charges. The execution of the works began in 2020 and the current progress of the work is about 60%. The plot has an area of 10,318 m2, and the house with ca. 2,800 m² built distributed over three floors. The design of the project is elaborated by the architect Javier de Hita, who has high prestige among the architects of the luxury housing segment.

The project is located in the surroundings of La Moraleja (Madrid). La Moraleja is a residential development located in the municipality of Alcobendas, in the northeastern area of the metropolitan area of the city of Madrid. It has an extension of 950 hectares, located south of Alcobendas, at exit 12 of the A-1E-5 towards Burgos. It is one of the developments with the highest per capita income and has a scarce offer of new construction. It is a luxury development in Madrid with a privileged environment as it allows to live in a green and quiet environment a step away from the city center.
