Os presentamos un nuevo proyecto que consiste en la concesión de un préstamo para el desarrollo de dos promociones con un total de 80 trasteros en Madrid: el primero, con 35 unidades, ubicado en el Distrito de Hortaleza (Calle Andrés Obispo 37); y el segundo, con 45 unidades, en Bellas Vistas (Calle San Raimundo 58)
La Promoción Hortaleza se encuentra entre la Carretera de Canillas y la Gran Vía de Hortaleza, junto a la estación de metro de Pinar del Rey. La promoción ya ha comenzado a comercializarse y cuenta con 24 de los 35 trasteros pre-reservados.
La Promoción Bellas Vistas se encuentra en el distrito de Tetuán, junto a la Avenida de Pablo Iglesias y el metro de Alvarado. La promoción cuenta con 17 de los 45 trasteros pre-reservados.
