Desde Urbanitae, os presentamos un nuevo proyecto que consiste en el desarrollo de una promoción de 67 trasteros en Madrid. 

La promoción está situada en el distrito Chamartín, dentro de la ciudad de Madrid. Concretamente, se ubica en la calle Luis Cabrera 62, junto a la plaza de Prosperidad y la calle López de Hoyos, con una alta densidad de población y con casi 35.000 personas censadas en el propio barrio. Actualmente predomina un parque de viviendas de finales de los años 70 y por lo general no cuentan con trasteros en la misma finca potenciando de esta forma el perfil de compradores del entorno.
