We present a new project: Project Nantes, which consists of the acquisition of a commercial plot located in the Nantes Business Park (Sanxenxo, Pontevedra) for the development, marketing and subsequent sale of a commercial park composed of five medium-sized stores, with an approximate buildable area of 3,000 m².
The operation is structured through a capital increase for a total amount of €1,800,000, of which €1,260,000 will be contributed by Urbanitae investors, representing 70% of the equity, while the developer will contribute the remaining €540,000 (30%). Additionally, the project will have senior bank financing granted by a national financial entity.
The developer has secured the acquisition of the land and has initiated the processing of the building permit. The asset will be acquired by a new vehicle company in which Urbanitae investors and the developer will participate. In unity of act with the purchase of the asset, the management contract with the developer will be signed.
