We present a new real estate promotion project consisting of the purchase of a plot for its subsequent development and construction of twelve luxury homes, the asset is located in the Sierra Blanca urbanization on Bach 1 street, Marbella, Málaga. Solvilla, a high-end developer and real estate advisor based in Marbella and KAI Homes based in Madrid, has extensive experience in the development of high-end homes in the Madrid and Costa del Sol area

The Managers are developing the project hand in hand with the Tobal architecture studio, an architect of great prestige and worldwide recognition. This is the last plot in Sierra Blanca with the capacity to develop housing in multi-family buildings.

The project shows the ability to finance the work through traditional bank financing, as it is a project of housing in multi-family buildings it is highly attractive for financing. Additionally, it also has the possibility of resorting to alternative financing, which is favorably assumed by the project.
