We present a new real estate promotion project consisting of the purchase of two plots for their subsequent development and construction of two luxury villas, the asset is located next to the Los Naranjos Golf course on Osa Mayor street, Marbella, Málaga. Each plot has more than 1,500 m² and the houses will have an approximate surface area of 650 m².

Investors enter the company with a contribution of 75% (€4.4M) and the Manager together with their partners contribute 25% (€1.5M)

The project management will be carried out jointly between KAI Homes and Solvilla. Companies specialized in the sale, promotion, renovation and marketing of high-end homes in privileged areas such as the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján, Nueva Andalucía and La Quinta. Solvilla, a high-end developer and real estate advisor based in Marbella and KAI Homes based in Madrid, has extensive experience in the development of high-end homes in the Madrid and Costa del Sol area.

The Managers are developing the project hand in hand with the Tobal architecture studio, an architect of great prestige and worldwide recognition. Currently the plots have a valid building license, but the managers consider that in order to maximize the project they are going to propose a different architecture project. For this, new licenses will be requested, however, there is the possibility of starting the construction and earth moving works with the current licenses, which speeds up the deadlines.

The manager is finalizing negotiations for alternative financing, which will finance the construction costs in addition to the management and development costs.
