We are pleased to announce that the sales pace of the ALONBAY HILLS development continues to be very favorable and to date 47 reservations have been reached, 39 corresponding to phase 1, and 8 to phase 2. These reservations represent 38% of the entire promotion, which allows the development of the project in a single phase, cutting the estimated time by approximately 6 months. Consequently, the new execution period estimated by Urbanitae and QUADRATIA is reduced to 32-36 months, which improves the annualized profitability of the project significantly

**PROJECT UPDATE AS OF 14/10/2025

We are pleased to announce that the high sales pace has been maintained over the last few weeks in the ALONBAY HILLS promotion, reaching a total of 38 reservations, which represents 46% of phase 1. Given this, it has been decided to launch the marketing of phase 2. This milestone brings us closer to the possibility of being able to execute the promotion in a single phase which would mean a reduction of approximately 6 months in the term.

We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that includes 125 one, two and three bedroom homes, in a single block divided into three portals. The homes have a terrace with sea views. The promotion also includes 125 storage rooms, 126 parking spaces and common areas such as a swimming pool, green areas, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and a community area on the top floor with a social club, pool and views of the Mediterranean. 

Allonbay Hills is located next to Allonbay Village in Villajoyosa, where Quadratia has already developed seven other projects, some alongside Urbanitae. The project's location is in an elevated area, on the seafront and enjoys privileged views. 

Villajoyosa is a recognized tourist destination both nationally and internationally on the Costa Blanca, 30 km from Alicante and 10 km from Benidorm. The municipality almost doubles its population in summer, up to 65k inhabitants, benefiting from excellent road, train and air connections, through Alicante International Airport. It is located bordering Benidorm, 30 minutes by car from Calpe, and about 45 minutes by motorway from Jávea, Denia and Gandía, also important tourist destinations on the Mediterranean Coast.
