We present a new project that consists of the acquisition of the former headquarters of the newspaper El Correo located in Bilbao, Vizcaya, for the development of 54 new-build homes with parking space and storage room and 3 commercial premises. The development is made up of two blocks distributed over five floors. All homes have a terrace and some of the ground floors also have a garden. The development has 3 basement floors with 77 parking spaces.

The Pintor Losada Project is located between Pintor Losada Street and San Joaquin Street in the Santutxu neighborhood. It is just minutes from the center of Bilbao, with excellent connection through the metro line (Santutxu station 15 minutes walk), as well as various urban bus lines.
