We present a new project that consists of the development of phase II of the Arquerías Project, which was already financed in its first phase with Urbanitae in 2023. This second phase encompasses 85 homes of Official Protection Housing (VPO) with 3 bedrooms in Arcosur (Zaragoza). All homes will have a garage and storage room. The promotion will also include a community pool, landscaped common areas, and 40 additional parking spaces for sale.

The promotion is located on Avenida Patio de los Naranjos (sector 89/3, land C-13). This is one of the main arteries of Arcosur, the main expansion neighborhood of Zaragoza, which has more than 3,000 homes built during the last decade and currently concentrates more than 80% of the new construction license applications in the city. It is a sector in the development and consolidation phase, located 5 minutes from the Plaza Imperial shopping center.

Arcosur is a neighborhood in the expansion phase located west of the city of Zaragoza, with a population close to 7,000 inhabitants. The neighborhood is located just 10 minutes by car from the city center and Zaragoza airport.
