We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan to finance the construction costs and general costs to finish a luxury villa under construction in the Nueva Andalucía urbanization in Marbella (Málaga).  

The project consists of the construction of a detached single-family home called Alcalá 4 Golf. The house is distributed over four levels on a plot of 1,458 m² and a total built area of 1,468 m². The house will have 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, outdoor pool, underground parking, garden, views of the golf course and the mountain. The basement includes leisure spaces including a wine cellar, games room, gym and spa. 

The project has a Building License and the works began in April 2025. The progress of the works to date is in the range of 10% - 15%.

The house is located in the exclusive Nueva Andalucía urbanization, in the municipality of Marbella, Málaga. It is a high-level residential area characterized by its natural environment and privacy, with good connections to Málaga, Marbella and Puerto Banús.
