We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan to refinance a first rank mortgage loan granted by an alternative financier for the construction of a 27-room Coliving, located in Barcelona.  

The project consists of a six-story building with a constructed area of 1,360 m², which will house 27 rooms for short and medium term accommodation. The basement floor will house common areas including a gym and coworking area. The ground floor houses the reception, common kitchen and a large terrace and the roof floor has a chillout terrace. Each floor houses 5 rooms with a useful area of 20 m², which include a private bathroom and kitchen. 

The building is finished and has obtained the Final Work Certificate. It is currently in process to obtain the First Occupation License which is expected to be obtained in October 2025. Once it has been granted, the Activity License will be applied for to open to the public in the first quarter of 2026.

The asset is located at 77 Gavá Street, in the Sants-Montjuïc district in Barcelona, close to the Barcelona Sants train station and points of interest in the city such as the City of Justice, the Barcelona Fair, the Palau Sant Jordi and the University of Barcelona. It is a residential neighborhood that attracts a young professional audience looking for short and medium term rental.
