We present a project consisting of the granting of a loan whose use of funds includes (i) the refinancing of an existing mortgage loan on a villa under construction with a degree of work progress over 70% in Los Monteros, Marbella, (ii) the cost of pending work to finish the asset - including furniture and possible work contingencies -, and (iii) the costs of formalizing the loan. 

The villa is distributed over 4 levels (below ground + 3) connected by an elevator and will have 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a separate sixth bathroom, a rooftop of >200m² with barbecue, solarium and pool, basement with entertainment room on a plot with garden, large terrace and outdoor pool. The asset includes top quality finishes such as underfloor heating, centralized air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen or fireplace, among others.  

Los Monteros is a development located east of Marbella that has 24-hour surveillance, landscaped areas and nearby access to the beach. Specifically, the asset is the only new build home for sale in the development, it is 400 meters from the beach and has sea views from the first floor.
