We present the second tranche (Tranche B) of a loan granted in November 2024 to Vesta Enterprises for the continuation of the construction of two luxury single-family villas in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.

 Tranche A from Urbanitae investors was raised in November 2024 and was destined for the demolition of an existing villa and the beginnings of the construction of the luxury single-family villas. 

Once completed, the villas will have a basement and 2 floors above ground, with 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a toilet on plan. Among the luxury facilities, both properties include a gym, games room, garden with outdoor pool with kitchen space and outdoor barbecue and several covered and uncovered terraces throughout the villas. 

The development is located in Nueva Andalucía, municipality of Marbella inside the prestigious Las Brisas Frontline Golf neighborhood. The house is surrounded by landscaped areas and natural vegetation, very close to the Las Brisas golf course, without directly bordering.

Marbella, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga. It has large beaches, natural spaces, golf courses, luxury residential complexes, shops and restaurants. It is the main tourist attraction both nationally and for high-income foreigners.
