We present a new real estate development project consisting of the purchase of two plots located on the Costa del Sol, in the municipality of Benalmádena, for the development of 16 semi-detached single-family homes. The project is developed in two phases of 8 homes each, the first phase already has all the homes reserved and the second phase is expected to go on sale next month. The licenses for both phases have already been requested and the first one is expected for October/November. The developers have advanced financing with a first-rate entity to cover development costs.
