      7. Pledge of the collection rights of the Project Villa Infinity's revenues in case of extension of 18 additional months to month 18 to ensure the commitment of additional Equity by the developer.


We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan to finance part of the acquisition and costs derived from the purchase of 5 registry units in Estepona, Malaga. Alternatively, the loan contemplates the raising of a Tranche B for the financing of Phase II of the project if at month 18 we do not have visibility of the refinancing of Tranche A.


The project consists of the acquisition of six adjoining registry units with a total built area of 1,145.6 m² in total for the development of a promotion of 10 multifamily homes distributed on ground + 3 floors. 5 homes include a swimming pool on the terrace and all of them include a parking space. Additionally, 12 storage rooms will be developed. The typology of the finished product will be from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The design of the homes maintains the classic style facade of the old town of Estepona, but the qualities and finishes will be state-of-the-art.  


The promotion is located in the historic center of Estepona, being this the only new construction promotion in the entire historic case. Two minutes walking from the Clock Square and five minutes walking from the promenade, very close also to the new social center in development in the city. 


Estepona, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga and is appreciated for its mild climate all year round, relaxed atmosphere and quality of life. Among its attractions are more than 20kms of coastline with well-known beaches, the old town of the city with restaurants, bars, cobbled streets and artistic murals and the marina with more gastronomic offer and craft markets.
