Due to the high interest generated by the Gavá Mar Project, opened on the platform on May 30, we present the second phase of the project to complete the financing. As has been proposed in the first phase, the promoter has granted this second participation to Urbanitae.

We detail the project consisting of the purchase of a plot located next to the beach of Gavá, south of Barcelona, to carry out the development of 34 homes with two parking spaces and storage room in multi-family building. The manager of this project is Shevat, with whom we have previously collaborated through the platform in the Golf Terraces project, which is progressing according to the business plan. The purchase will be faced together with a land tranche granted by a top-tier banking entity. The manager has to apply for a building permit in June. Urbanitae investors enter jointly with the manager to purchase the asset on which the project will be developed and to face the other costs not covered by the financial entity.

The asset is located on Begur street corner with Europa avenue in the municipality of Gavà, in the Baix Llobregat region, southwest of Barcelona. This area is known for its quiet atmosphere and its proximity to the beach, offering a balance between urban life and access to the coast. It is an area surrounded by parks, school, supermarkets and just 100 meters from the beach, it has direct access to the Castelldefels highway that connects the municipality with the city of Barcelona.
