We present a new project that consists of the granting of the third tranche of a loan granted for the acquisition, complete renovation and subsequent sale of a luxury villa in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.

The total loan from Urbanitae investors has gone towards part of the acquisition of the villa, 100% of the renovation costs and part of the general project costs. 

As it is a renovation, the project has been processed through Responsible Declaration. The renovation began once the property was acquired and has a progress of 44% according to the April 2025 certification.

Once completed, the villa will offer 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms distributed with a modern and functional design. The basement will be equipped with an indoor spa, which will include a heated pool, sauna, wine cellar, cinema and gym. On the roof, an outdoor entertainment space is planned that will feature an outdoor cinema, bar, mini golf, jacuzzi, fireplace and a yoga practice area.
