We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan to finance part of the acquisition and general costs of two plots in Estepona, Malaga.

The project consists of the acquisition of two adjoining plots of 4,218 m² in total for the development of a promotion of 32 homes distributed over 5 floors with communal areas that include garden, swimming pool, gym, spa, coworking, cinema room and parking spaces and storage rooms. Each home will have 2 or 3 bedrooms and those overlooking the exterior garden will have a private pool. The design of the homes is contemporary with state-of-the-art finishes and they come with full equipment, air conditioning, heating and double exterior glazing.  

The promotion is located in the center of Estepona, five minutes walk from the promenade and three minutes walk from the new social center being developed in the city. 

Estepona, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga and is appreciated for its mild climate all year round, relaxed atmosphere and quality of life. Among its attractions are more than 20kms of coastline with well-known beaches, the old town with restaurants, bars, cobbled streets and artistic murals, and the marina with more gastronomic offer and craft markets.
