We present a new real estate development project consisting of the development of 205 multifamily homes, distributed in 7 blocks, with landscaped areas, parking spaces and a common pool. The arrangement of the blocks has taken advantage of the slope of the plot, which will allow most of the homes to have sea views.

The project already has the building license granted and its execution has been planned in phases, with the aim of optimizing both the marketing deadlines and the granting of the developer loan. The financing, already agreed with a top-level banking entity, includes a tranche for the acquisition of the land and another for the construction phase. To cover the initial costs prior to the provision of the bank loan, alternative financing will be used, which will be cancelled once the tranche corresponding to the land is released. The construction will be carried out in collaboration with Alza Obras y Servicios, a company with extensive experience in the area, responsible for more than 500 homes promoted by TOP GESTIÓN in Higuerón, both completed and in progress.

Higuerón is an area located between Fuengirola and Benalmádena that has experienced significant urban growth in recent years. It has an elevated location with sea views, good connection with the A-7 highway and proximity to the Málaga airport. It has consolidated infrastructures, such as the Higuerón Curio Collection by Hilton hotel, which houses sports facilities, spa, restaurants and coworking areas. The residential offer is mainly composed of new mid-high range homes, including apartment and villa promotions.
