We present a new project that consists of participating in a management company for the development of an office complex located in Porto, Portugal that consists of office spaces, auditoriums, co-working spaces, other commercial spaces, and 180 parking spaces with a built surface above ground of 20,588 m2.

The manager of the opportunity is Osborne+Co, a global real estate development company established in the office market, specializing in the delivery of large-scale, high-quality commercial and residential projects.

The asset is located at Rua Tenente Valadim, Porto, next to the Francos Metro station. This location is a fully consolidated urban area of the city of Porto, in the prime CBD (Boavista) and has all kinds of services in the area.

According to the supervisor's criteria, crowdfunding platforms should not communicate the estimated profitability in an equity project. The profitability of a project is the REVENUE FORECAST minus the COST ESTIMATE, divided by the TOTAL EQUITY.
