We present a new project that consists of the granting of a second lien mortgage loan to finance the completion of the construction of a luxury villa located in the Somosaguas A development, Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).  


This is a villa under construction with a built area of 1,325 m2 – 1,138 m² according to the Land Registry – on a plot of 2,415 m2 that has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and a garage with 4 parking spaces. It has a large garden with a swimming pool, a second outdoor kitchen and a water well. In the basement, the house includes a multipurpose room, gym area, jacuzzi and hamman. The house has the latest technology and home automation, as well as the highest energy rating certificate A+, being practically self-sufficient in terms of electricity and water consumption.

The development is located in the Somosaguas A Urbanization, within the municipality of Pozuelo de Alarcón, one of the most exclusive residential areas in the west of Madrid. The house is very close to green areas such as the Casa de Campo, golf courses such as La Finca Country Club or the Santander Golf & Sports.
