We present a new project that consists of the granting of a bridge loan to finance part of the acquisition costs of a plot located in Marbella, Málaga. 

The Lomas del Tenis Project consists of a residential plot located at Sicilia-AR Trapiche 15[P] N2-1 Suelo 29602 Marbella, Málaga. It is a finalist plot where a Modified Project is planned to be presented for obtaining the License for the development of 52 homes. The Urbanization Project has Administrative Approval and it is planned to carry out the urbanization works simultaneously with the building works.

The loan from Urbanitae investors will finance part of the acquisition costs (purchase and purchase costs) of a plot located in Marbella. The general and marketing costs accrued until the granting of the developer loan will be settled by the Project manager with own funds.

The asset has an Urbanization Project with Administrative Approval and is pending to obtain the Building License by presenting a Modified Project with the intention of continuing with the already informed file. 

The project contemplates the construction of 52 homes, 52 storage rooms and 104 parking spaces distributed in 9 independent blocks with common areas with outdoor and indoor pools, coworking area, sauna and gym. 

The Lomas del Tenis project is located in the municipality of Marbella, near the La Cantera, Huerto del Prado urbanizations and the La Cañada shopping park. The location of the asset is 5 minutes by car from the center of Marbella and about 50 km from Malaga airport. The asset has good road connections with direct access to the N-340 and the A-7. and is located in a residential area with a wide range of services.

Marbella, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga. It has large beaches, natural spaces, golf courses, luxury residential complexes, shops and restaurants. It is the main tourist attraction both nationally and for high-income foreigners.
