We present a new project that consists of the granting of a second lien mortgage loan to finance the completion of the construction works of a luxury villa under construction located in the El Herrojo urbanization, Benahavís (Malaga).

It is a villa under construction with a total built area of 2,309 m2 on a plot of 1,740 m2. The villa will have 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 1 toilet, garage with 6 parking spaces, garden with pool and sea views. On the garden level floor, it has a sauna, massage room, gym and games room.

The development is located in the El Herrojo Urbanization, municipality of Benahavís. The house is surrounded by landscaped areas and natural vegetation, close to the La Quinta Golf & Country Club, without directly bordering.

Benahavís, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga. It has large beaches, natural spaces, golf courses, luxury residential complexes, shops and restaurants. It is the main tourist attraction both nationally and for high-income foreigners.
