We present a new project that consists of granting the third and final tranche of the loan granted to CASAS FINTECH in November 2023 through the platform. This loan is intended for the development of two luxury single-family homes with private garden and pool in Marbella (Cazorla House and Piemonte House). The two plots are owned by the manager and each one is in an SPV created exclusively for its development. The houses are currently 60% complete.
The project is located in Marbella, Malaga. On one hand, Cazorla House is located at Sierra Nevada 52 within the Lomas del Marbella Club urbanization and, on the other hand, Piemonte House is located at Turin 42 in the Nueva Andalucía Aloha urbanization. Both urbanizations have a private golf course.
