We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan for the recapitalization of part of the funds contributed by the manager for the development of a promotion of 173 homes in Soto de la Marina, Santander. The promotion will have five blocks of three floors and a basement floor, landscaped areas and a community pool.

The land on which the project is being developed is located in Soto de la Marina, a district of the municipality of Santa Cruz de Bezana, Cantabria.
