We present a new project that consists of the granting of the second tranche of the loan granted to COGITARI for the financing of the development of a luxury villa in Marbella. The Tranche B of the Loan from Urbanitae investors will be used to finance part of the construction costs and soft costs for the development of a villa in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.

The developer acquired the land in 2022 with own funds and a loan granted by an alternative financier, has a granted license and the works are more than 35% advanced. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, parking for 4 vehicles, entertainment and TV room, space to incorporate a gym and cellar. Outside there is a space equipped with a kitchen for barbecues, private pool and solarium area.
