We present a new project that consists of the granting of the first tranche of a loan to refinance a mortgage charge and a pending payment to suppliers of a finished project consisting of the purchase and complete renovation of a villa in the El Cerrojo – Las Lomas de La Quinta, Benahavís. The rest of the Urbanitae loan will go to a recapitalization of own funds for the manager.
The complete loan from Urbanitae investors will finance: (i) the lifting of a mortgage charge from the bank, (ii) a pending payment to suppliers of the finished project and (iii) a recapitalization of own funds for the manager, to offset part of the own funds disbursed in the development of the project.
The project and the villa are finished and currently have the first occupancy license (LPO) and all necessary permits for sale and delivery.
The finished villa has 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a toilet. In the basement there is a garage and storage room as well as several lounges with space to convert into a gym, games room or cinema room. Among the built surface above ground, the villa has a cellar, several porches and terraces on a large plot with a pool and garden.
Villa Amandari is located in Benahavís, inside the prestigious urbanization of El Cerrojo – Las Lomas de La Quinta. The house is surrounded by landscaped areas and natural vegetation and is located on the front line of the golf course with views of La Quinta Golf & Country Club. In addition, it has views of the mountain and the sea.
Benahavís, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the province of Málaga. It is ideally located 5 kilometers from San Pedro de Alcántara and 12 from the center of Marbella. It has 3 golf courses within 10 minutes, large beaches, natural spaces, shops and top-level restaurants within a 15-kilometer radius.
