We present a new project that consists of granting a loan to finance part of the acquisition, the VAT of the purchase and part of the parceling costs and soft costs of the project, consisting of the parceling of the property into 6 subplots and, once the segregation project is approved, obtaining a license for the execution project presented on the 6 new properties. The complete loan from Urbanitae investors will finance: part of the land acquisition, 100% of the purchase VAT and part of the segregation costs and soft costs of the project.

The building permit will be requested after meeting two milestones: (i) land purchase and (ii) parceling of the property after approving the segregation project.

After the approval of the segregation and obtaining the license, the manager will sell the plots ready to start the work. The same manager, after selling the plots to investors and repaying the Urbanitae loan, will be in charge of the construction of the execution project presented and approved for obtaining the license.

The Los Fresnos Project is located in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, located 15 kilometers from the center of Madrid. It is the third municipality nationwide and the second municipality in the Community of Madrid with the highest net average income per household according to AEAT data and has 64,762 inhabitants.

The AH-32 sector “Los Fresnos A”, is one of the areas of Boadilla with the highest residential value, fully integrated into nature, close to several schools and hospitals.
