We present a new project that consists of granting the second tranche of a loan granted for the acquisition, complete refurbishment and subsequent sale of a luxury villa in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. The complete loan from Urbanitae investors will finance: part of the acquisition of the villa, 100% of the refurbishment costs and costs associated with the project: architects, insurance, design, etc. 

As it is a refurbishment, the project does not require a building permit application, but will be processed through a Responsible Declaration. The refurbishment began once the property was acquired and has a progress of 28% (June certification).

After the refurbishment, the villa will have 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. In the basement there will be an indoor spa with pool and sauna, wine cellar, cinema and gym. On the roof, a space will be set up to incorporate an outdoor cinema, a bar, mini golf, jacuzzi, fireplace and space for yoga practice. Outside, a large space with a private pool, outdoor jacuzzi, fireplace and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue will be refurbished.

Villa Generalife is located in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, inside the prestigious Las Brisas Frontline Golf neighborhood. The house is surrounded by landscaped areas and natural vegetation, very close to the Las Brisas golf course, without directly bordering it.

Marbella, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga. It has large beaches, natural spaces, golf courses, luxury residential complexes, shops and restaurants. It is the main tourist attraction both nationally and for high-income foreigners.
