We present a new project that consists of the granting of the second tranche of a loan granted for the financing of the development of three luxury villas in Benahavis. The developer, who bought the land with his own funds, obtained the license and has already started the construction works (progress c.40%), will use the funds to complete the works. Each of the villas has 5 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a dressing room and private bathroom. The three floors of each house are distributed: 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, entertainment room with bar and TV room, private gym and cellar. Outside there is a space equipped with a kitchen for barbecues, private pool and sunbathing area.

Benahavís, located on the Costa del Sol, is one of the main destinations in the entire province of Malaga. It has large beaches, natural spaces, golf courses, luxury residential complexes, shops and restaurants. It is the main tourist attraction both nationally and for high-income foreigners.
