We present a new project: Oceánika Project which consists of the acquisition of an old hotel (Hotel Los Álamos), in Torremolinos (Malaga), for its demolition, development of an asset that will include a flex-living and a commercial median for its subsequent sale to an institutional investor. The plot has an area close to 13,000 m2 buildable for tertiary use and building permit granted. The flex-living will have an area of 11,584 m2 with 180 rooms and 210 beds. As for the commercial median, it will have an area of 2,065 m2. Both have signed contracts, for management and fixed lease, respectively
The project is located in Torremolinos, a municipality of Malaga located on the Mediterranean coast of Andalusia. It has more than 67,000 inhabitants and is one of the main destinations for digital nomads. Torremolinos has many tourist attractions that attract numerous visitors every year. Among them, the neighborhood of La Carihuela, La Casa de las Navajas, the Molino de Inca Botanical Garden or the Paseo Marítimo stand out. In addition, the project is located just 3.7 kilometers from Malaga airport, 12 kilometers from the center of Malaga and 19 kilometers from the Malaga Technology Park.
