We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan for the financing of the construction of two independent luxury villas in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. The project involves the demolition of an existing villa for the construction of two independent luxury villas.

The villas will have a basement and 2 floors above ground, with 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a toilet on plan.
