We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan for the financing of the purchase and final touches of a work in progress in Montesano, Valencia. It is a 90% completed development in Montesano, Valencia, consisting of 5 single-family homes, 4 of which have already been sold to clients who have signed deposit contracts and paid deposits equivalent to 20% of the price of each home.
The development is located in the area known as Montesano, in the municipality of Bétera. This area, located 14 kilometers from the center of Valencia, has established itself as one of the main residential areas of the province, with a high concentration of most residential developments in the metropolitan crown of Valencia.
Montesano, Valencia, is very close to the Valencia Technology Park, the Valencia C.F. Sports City and the Osito and Kinépolis shopping centers. It is ideally located on the CV-35 highway and very close to the A-7 Mediterranean Highway bypass.
