We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that includes 84 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 18 tourist apartments in the center of Burgos. The promotion also includes a commercial premises, located on the ground floor, and a provision of 84 storage rooms and 132 parking spaces. The promotion is located on Eduardo Ontañón street, next to the Railway Boulevard, in the San Pedro and San Felices neighborhood. The project is located in the southwest of the city, on the lands that were freed from the old railway station. It is currently the main residential expansion area of Burgos, although the area is already completely consolidated and has all kinds of services.

With nearly 175,000 inhabitants, Burgos is the second city by population and the first in terms of GDP per capita in Castilla y León.
