We present a new project that consists of the commercialization of a building composed of 39 one-bedroom apartments located in the exclusive Vista Alegre urbanization (Ibiza). The property was fully rehabilitated in 2019 and the homes have high-quality finishes, including underfloor heating. The Vista Alegre urbanization is located in the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, in the south of the island of Ibiza. The urbanization connects with the town of Ibiza, located 25 minutes by car, and with the airport, located 20 minutes by car, via the EI-700 and PM-803 highways.
