We present a new project that consists of granting a loan for the financing of the development of a luxury villa in Marbella. The loan from Urbanitae investors will be used to cancel the principal of the existing mortgage on the land where the asset will be developed, as well as to complete the works. 

The developer owns the land, which was acquired with own funds and a loan granted by an alternative financier, has a granted license and has already started the works. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, parking for 4 vehicles, entertainment and TV room, space to incorporate a gym and cellar.  Outside there is a space equipped with a kitchen for barbecues, private pool and solarium area.
