We present a new project that consists of entering the capital of a company holding a plot of land in Telde, Gran Canaria, for the development of a real estate project. The project materializes in 50 villas with an average above-ground built area of 141 m² located south of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, less than 2km from the nearest beach. The villas will have a garage and private pool. 

The plot is located to the east of the island of Gran Canaria, on the outskirts of Telde, it is a development with sea views due to the layout and altitude of the plot. It has easy access to the GC-1 highway that connects with all points of the island, being 10 km from the airport and less than 20km from the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
