We present a new project: Pepco Delicias Zaragoza which consists of the acquisition of a commercial premises leased to the clothing and home utensils chain Pepco. The project is located in the Delicias neighborhood in the city of Zaragoza, more specifically on Andrés Vicente Street, 25 in one of the most central and commercial areas of the municipality. The premises is composed of three registered properties on the ground floor of a residential building and has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 1,238 m². 100% of the area is at street level.

The Delicias district is located in the most urban area of the city of Zaragoza and very close to the historic city center. This district is the most populated in the city with a total population of about 110,000 inhabitants and a density of 33,897 inhabitants/Km2. Specifically, the street where the asset is located is one of the main arteries of the municipality fully consolidated with residential buildings and equipped with all necessary services such as public transport, schools, health centers, green areas, etc.
