We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential development that includes 87 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms in La Alcaidesa (Cadiz). All homes will have 2 parking spaces and, in addition, some of them will have a storage room. The common areas of the project will include cascading pools, gym, coworking space, sauna and landscaped areas, among others.

The development is located in La Alcaidesa, on Avenida del Golf street. Most of the homes in the development will enjoy sea views and views of the Rock of Gibraltar. The La Alcaidesa urbanization also has direct access to the beach. On the other hand, the project is located next to La Hacienda Links Golf Resort, which has been awarded the prize for the best golf course in Spain 2023, and a new luxury hotel development, which will materialize in the first Fairmont hotel in Andalusia. In turn, the luxury hotel brand OKU is also developing a 5-star hotel in the urbanization, OKU Andalusia, near the ACQUA ALCAIDESA shopping center.

La Alcaidesa is an urbanization belonging to the municipality of San Roque, located in the east of the province of Cadiz, next to Sotogrande. The urbanization connects with the different points of interest on the Andalusian coast through the A-7 and AP-7 highways, and is located 5 km from Gibraltar and 120 km from Malaga.
