The La Chopera Promotion is located in the Las Delicias district, minutes from the Renfe Delicias Station and 700 meters from the Legazpi metro station. It is a consolidated neighborhood with educational centers, health center, green spaces (Paseo Madrid Río), restaurants, leisure spaces (El Matadero de Madrid), etc. The promotion has already begun to be marketed and has 19 of the 51 storage rooms pre-reserved.
