We present a new project that consists of granting a loan for the development of a storage unit promotion in Madrid. The project is located in Fuencarral District (Islas Bermudas Street 19) and includes 59 storage units. The project is located on the ground floor of an existing building.
The Tres Olivos Promotion is located in the Valverde neighborhood, 500 meters from the Fuencarral metro station and 10 minutes from the Fuencarral Renfe Station. It is a consolidated neighborhood with educational centers, health center, green spaces, restaurants, etc. The promotion has already begun to be marketed and has 16 of the 59 storage units pre-reserved.
