We present a new project: Supermarket Barakaldo. It consists of the acquisition of a commercial premises leased to the Dia supermarket chain. The project is located in Barakaldo (Bilbao, Vizcaya), more specifically at Bizkaia Street, 26 in one of the most central and commercial areas of the municipality. The premises is composed of three registered properties on the ground floor and basement of a residential building and has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 1,346 m² of which, 907 m² are at street level and 440 m² belong to a basement currently not in use.

Barakaldo is a municipality located in the historical territory and province of Vizcaya in the Basque Country. It is located in the region of Greater Bilbao, on the left bank of the Nervión estuary, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Bilbao. It is the most populated municipality in Vizcaya after Bilbao and the fourth in the Basque Country behind the provincial capitals with 100,881 inhabitants (2019). Historically, a large part of the Basque Country's industry was concentrated in Barakaldo and it is currently the main commercial focus of the northern axis of the peninsula.
