We present a new project: Vitoria Bookstore. It consists of the acquisition of a commercial premises rented to Casa del Libro. The project is located in the center of Vitoria. The premises, with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 721 m², is composed of a ground floor (381 m²) plus basement (340 m²).

Casa del Libro, founded in 1923, is the leading bookstore chain in the market. With more than 400 employees, it has 54 bookstores in Spain located in the best commercial areas of the main cities. Currently, the chain is in a growth phase. Only in 2022, it has executed 6 new openings and has renovated 8 stores. Casa del Libro is the reference bookstore chain in the Spanish-speaking world with more than 1 million references in books for sale and more than 700 thousand eBooks.

Vitoria, with a population close to 254,000 inhabitants, is the capital of Álava, the province with the highest GDP per capita in Spain. The city hosts important multinational companies such as Mercedes-Benz (worldwide manufacturing of the Vito and Class-V models), Michelin or Aernnova, and is the headquarters of the Basque regional government.

The premises, located in the center of Vitoria, is located in the area of the city most demanded by the main commercial brands, specifically at Arca Street 11, a street parallel to Eduardo Dato -the reference commercial street and location chosen by brands such as Scalpers, Aristocrazy, Tous or Zara Home among others- and very close to El Corte Inglés.
