We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 21 homes of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms in Torremolinos (Málaga). In addition to the homes, the project will consist of 24 parking spaces and a commercial premises.

The promotion is located in the center of La Carihuela, on Plaza del Remo, 3 street. The project has a privileged location, on the beachfront. It is a residential and tourist area that has a high hotel offer, all kinds of services and direct communication with the town of Torremolinos and Benalmádena.

La Carihuela is a neighborhood located in the southwest of Torremolinos, in the province of Málaga. Torremolinos is the sixth most populated municipality in Málaga, with a population exceeding 65,000 inhabitants. The municipality connects with the airport and the city of Málaga, located 20 and 25 minutes by car, respectively, and with the rest of the towns in the province through the A-7, AP-7 and MA-20 highways.
